The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Although there is allegation of indiscriminate firing, no one has sustained injury and there is no material to suggest that firing took place. He further submits that on account of business rivalry, petitioner has been made accused in the present case.
