1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case no.485 of 2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, three accused persons with their face covered are said to have stopped the vehicle of the informant and of having looted him of various articles including Rs.23,000/ in cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against three unknown. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused made before police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and he has not been

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and chargesheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 24.11.2023, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case no.485 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.
