The Petitioner, Sanjay Paswan @ Bhura, is in custody in Daniawana P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that there is direct allegation against this petitioner that he fired at son of the informant, who died.

In view of the direct allegation against this petitioner, who caused death of son of the informant, the prayer for bail is, hereby, rejected.
