The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lauriya P.S. case No. 159 of 2016 under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his father gave Rs. 1,25,000/- to Dilnawaj who gave him VISA and also disclosed that he got job on monthly salary of 1500 Reyal. The informant went to Abudhabi and to different places but he found that his VISA was to expire within 30 days and on expiry of VISA the informant was apprehended and sent to jail. It is further alleged that petitioners also took money from the father of informant for bringing him to India.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1277 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. There is no chit of paper to show that petitioners received any money from the informant or his father.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, West Champaran at Bettiah in Lauriya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
