The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners along with others is of assaulting with lathi, danda and fired upon the informant and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner no. 3. There is specific allegation upon the petitioner no. 1 of firing upon

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9233 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Ranveer Kumar on his leg but injury report shows that all the injury are simple in nature. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogri Police Station Case No. 371 of 2019, G.R. No. 3189 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
