Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 353, 427, 323, 337, 224, 225 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
When the police arrested the petitioner in connection with some other case, the family members got forceful escape of the petitioner from clutches of the police. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the facts of this case and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12727 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Minapur Police Station Case No. 413 of 2017, with the following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
