The petitioner is in jail custody since 12-04-2013 in a case, in which, charge has been framed under Section-366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has already returned and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. has been recorded.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
