2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due amount on account of leave encashment, G.P.F. and group insurance has not been paid to the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.2640 of 2023 dt.21-08-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Registrar, Patliputa University, Patna.

3. The Registrar, Patliputra University is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner, who is suffering from Kidney problem, which is going to be transplant and as per submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is presently admitted in Ruban Hospital, Patna.

4. Considering the serious health condition of the petitioner, the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna must forthwith take steps to make payment of dues amount of retiral dues on account of leave encashment, G.P.F. and group insurance within a period of four weeks without any delay.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
