2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 469 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the FIR, five persons with their covered face with mask armed with revolver and other weapons came at the house of the informant and locked all the persons including the informant in a room, threatening them to keep silent and not dare to file any case, otherwise they will kill them and subsequently, they robbed jewelry and cash of Rs.1,50,000/- from his house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12333 of 2024(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has not been arrested at the spot and there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S.
