The petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation, the mobile set of the deceased is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
