The petitioner, namely, Kailu Mandal @ Kailash Mandal, is in custody in Kharagpur (Shyampur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 (G.R. No. 653 of 2015) under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is father of the co-accused, Amit Mandal, who is said to be kidnapped the daughter of the informant. In fact, the son of this petitioner had married the daughter of the informant and they are living together elsewhere.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is father of the co-accused, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55578 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur (Shyampur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015.
