Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahabganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 registered under Sections- 420 & 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Charge-sheet has been submitted under section 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In the first information report as also the in the charge sheet there is no mention as to what amount has been embezzled. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3321 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
