The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015, registered under Section 307 and allied Sections of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner has assaulted the informant by knife, but injury report of the informant shows injury is simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015.
