JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The petitioner has renewed prayer for bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the witnesses have been examined though the witnesses have not supported the accusation.
In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to consider the present prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
It is expected from the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously in Sessions Trial No. 765 of 2012 arising out of (Bhagwanganj) Masaurhi P.S. Case No.130/98, pending before the Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna.
