JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 367 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, this petitioner established physical relation with the informant on false pretext of marriage. Victim has fully supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
