2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"i) A certiorari setting aside the order contained in Memo No. ZO:

DAW:2013-14:10 dated 4.07.2013 passed by the Zonal Manager, the Appellate Authority, Zonal Office, Patna, whereby and whereunder the Respondent Appellate Authority has in a very mechanical and prejudiced manner rejected the appeal of the petitioner filed against the order of punishment passed by the Respondent Disciplinary authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.19481 of 2016(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 dated 22.03.2013 with inflicting compulsory retirement upon the petitioner which is very much harsh and disproportionate.

ii) A further certiorari setting aside the order of punishment dated 22.03.2013 contained in letter No.

RO/DAW/2012-13/125 issued under the signature of Respondent Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Gaya inflicting upon the petitioner the said punishment.

iii) A Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

iv) And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
