The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A), 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped his minor daughter Ranju Kumari on 28.03.2014 while she was alone in her house. It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 28.03.2014 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 07.04.2014. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The informant has named the petitioner but the informant did not make any specific allegation against him. The informant claimed that he saw his daughter in a mango orchard where Umesh Kumar and his daughter were present but the accused persons did not hand over the victim. Considering the facts and the fact that the petitioner is the father of Umesh Kumar, who is in jail since 09.08.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014.
