ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.4.2013 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judege-I, Patna, in Sessions Trial No. 1015 of 2012 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 216 of 2006 by which he has refused to declare the Petitioner juvenile and held enquiry in the matter on being dissatisfied with the documents.

In such circumstances, the matters remanded to the Court below for holding an enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With this observation, the application stands disposed off.
