Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: " For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders or direction or directions commanding the respondents for taking action regarding confirmation of the appointment of the petitioner, the said appointment of the petitioner has been made on the post of science teacher

Patna High Court CWJC No.13622 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 (Physics) in M.S. High School-cum-Inter College, Hussainganj, Siwan on 01-082016, the said appointment has been made after a proper interview taken by the Selection Committee of the said school and thereafter Managing Committee has also passed and approved the said selection of the petitioner and all requisite document regarding confirmation of the said appointment of the petitioner has been sent to the concerned authorities through the proper forwarding and petitioner representation is also there, but till date no action has been taken by the concerned authorities".

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 17-04-2018 before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) and the said representation is still pending.

The the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) is directed to dispose of the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.13622 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
