JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within seven years of her marriage and according to prosecution case, there was illegal demand and deceased was subjected to cruelty due to non fulfilment of illegal demand and lastly, she was killed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23257 of 2015 (4) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
