====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Korauna) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 has lodged the Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020, under Section 354 (B) of the I.P.C., whereafter the present incident has occurred and the F.I.R. has been registered bearing Jehanabad (Korauna) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2020 on the same day.

Learned counsel further submits that no case under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20811 of 2021(4) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out, as there is no injury which can be said to be dangerous to life.

I have considered the submissions, taking into consideration, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
