SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit annexing the photo copy of the evidence of informant wherefrom it appears that he has been declared hostile.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the counsel for the informant.
3. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.04.2013 and is said to have administered poison to his wife at her parental house. Informant and other witnesses having become hostile the trial Court would be well advised to dispose of the trial as early as possible after examining the Medical Officer and the Investigating Officer without any further delay. In case, the two witnesses are not readily available, the trial court will take assistance of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25881 of 2013 (17) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Superintendent of Police to secure their presence with information to this Court but the trial must be disposed of as early as possible, in any case, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before the trial court.
