According to the prosecution itself, there was litigation between parties on account of land dispute and further more, the impugned order reveals that all injured sustained simple injury. There is a case and counter case between the parties and from the side of the petitioner also, some persons sustained injury in the alleged occurrence.
Accordingly, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sarad Chandra Kumar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Nawada in Roh P.S.Case No. 55 of 2014.
