This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 379, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1)(x)/3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989.

There is allegation of assault by Tengari on the person of Ram Sagar Sah and the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
