The Petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that one country made unloaded pistol was recovered beneath the bed of co-accused Tabassum Gulnaj. It has been mentioned in the written report that aforesaid fire arm was supplied by this petitioner. The seizure list shows that fire arm was recovered beneath the bed of co-accused Tabassum Gulnaj. The petitioner is said to be in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
