This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kudhani P.S. Case No. 331 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

After some arguments, Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file fresh application in view of the apparent serious defects in the petition.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
