This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 545 of 2012 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 pending before learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge - III, Madhubani.

Show cause furnished on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, is accepted with a direction to be careful in future while complying judicial orders.

It further appears that prosecution case has already been closed and matter is going on for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33084 of 2013 (6) dt.11-03-2015 defence evidence and argument. Hence, there appears no reason to change the stand already taken vide earlier order dated 23rd November 2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33512/2012, accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
