The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Palanwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20B, 22, 23 and 24 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.11.2012.

Recovery is of 20 kgs. of Ganja.

The report of S.P., East Champaran, Motihari dated 09.05.2015 reflects that out of six witnesses, three have been examined and the rest three will likely to be produced before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28914 of 2014 (06) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 learned court below on 22.05.2015.

Considering the present stage of the trial and the recovery of commercial quantity of contraband, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

Let the learned trial court conclude the trial expeditiously.
