JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 498(a), 308/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 27.04.2023.
In compliance thereof, the mediation report is kept at flag 'A'.
I perused the mediation report dated 23.06.2023. The dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is enclosed with the mediation report.
