2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 504, 506, 302 and 34 of the IPC which was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 53924 of 2023.

3. In compliance of the order dated 04.04.2024 Fresh progress report was called for from this Court and the same has been received and kept at Flag- R2 dated 19.04.2024 by which it appears that 9 months time will be taken to conclude the trial.

4. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial on day to day basis within six months without fail, failing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12062 of 2024(4) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

5. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this bail application.

6. Permission is accorded.
