The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015, registered under Sections 363, 302, 379 and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation tractor of the informant with his driver was missing. Later on, the driver was found dead or murder. The tractor was apprehended on 01.08.2015 after one day of the occurrence and three persons were apprehended with the tractor and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the disclosure of other accused persons, there is no evidence against this petitioner and hence name of the petitioner has finds in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54507 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2016 statement of co-accused. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015.
