JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioners seek bail in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 624 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(1) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It has been submitted that when two persons were taking liquor, the police party arrived there and recovered country made liquor in a bag but the accused fled away. The people who had assembled there disclosed the name of the petitioners. From the seizure list it appears that the bag was recovered from the government land. The petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2016. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 624 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
