JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345/2018, for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was apprehended as suspect involved in manipulation and unauthorized withdrawal through A.T.M card. Except suspicion there is no material to connect the petitioner in the alleged offence. Petitioner is a student of T.S. College Hisua. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.

Considering the fact that there is no concrete material to connect the petitioner with the crime, clean antecedent of the petitioner and the the fact that petitioner is a student of T.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11193 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 College Hisua, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
