JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/682/19, instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner is said to have been arrested along with 108 litres of Nepali liquor. The petitioner disputes that he was in possession of such liquor and claims that he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019 and claims that he has not been made accused in any other case whatsoever in the past.

Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11260 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case no. C2/682/19.
