JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to execute an agreement with petitioners with respect to L.I.G. Plot No. 149 and 165 Situated at Ashikpur Sasaram Which has been allotted to the Petitioners by respondent authorities after Completion of due process and thereafter delivered the possession of the house to petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.2965 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, by filing appropriate representation for redressal of their aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, shall be passed by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
