2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 364, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is a lady and there is no direct evidence against the petitioner of participating in the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2023 and petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17881 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with S.T. Case No. 739 of 2023 arising out of Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023.
