2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 76, 324(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.05.2025 at about 2 PM, the informant enquired from co-accused Md. Monazir and asked as to why he made the photo of his niece viral on social media, upon which, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioner started abusing and assaulting informant and other family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a petty dispute, scuffle took place between the parties, in which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12533 of 2025(2) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioner. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
