It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in prayer portion of the petition, in place of „SDJM, Masaurhi‟, it has been typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna" and the same has been incorporated in the last paragraph of the order dated 23.02.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted bail. It has been prayed that in place of „Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna‟, "SDJM, Masaurhi" be incorporated in last part of the order dated 23.02.2017.

Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 23.02.2017, in place of „Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna‟, it should be read as "SDJM, Masaurhi".
