JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka, whereby and whereunder the Fair Price Shop license of the petitioner bearing license No. 45 of 2012 has been cancelled, before the Appellate Authority under Rule 32 (iii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today the same shall be adjudicated on merits by the Appellate Authority by passing appropriate orders within a period of 60 days of filing of such appeal.
