The petitioner seeks bail in Basantpur (Lakari Nabiganj OP) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol with empty magazine was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
