The petitioner is in custody in connection with C123(7) of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 30(a) & 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2016 and he was allegedly caught by the police in drunken condition and 700 ml. country made wine was recovered from his possession. The petitioner claims false implication at the instance of the police.
