Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016 registered under Sections- 30A, 37B of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No independent witness has supported the allegations. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4214 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016.
