JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have given blow with iron rod causing death of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with S.Tr. No. 559 of 2015 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case no. 852 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VIIth, Danapur, District-Patna.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and tried to conclude the same as early as possible.
