2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted Rs. 1,22,000/-. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2024. The petitioner is accused in three more similar and serious cases.

4. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the
