1. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt for non-compliance of the order, dated 12.08.2021, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3615 of 2021.

2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed the show-cause, stating therein, that as per the direction of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed by a

Patna High Court MJC No.265 of 2022(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 reasoned order, dated 20.09.2022, and the claim of the petitioner for payment of ex-gratia in the light of the resolution no. 1062, dated 08.09.2015, and the letter no. 752, dated 04.07.2016, has been rejected vide reasoned and speaking order, dated 20.04.2022.

4. With regard to the payment of arrears of salary from the February, 2015 to May, 2015, the sum of Rs. 32,667/- was found payable. The amount has been sanctioned and the advice has been sent to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Jamui, and the amount has been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner, which would be evident from Annexure-A & B to the show-cause.

5. Having gone through the show-cause, this Court is satisfied that the order, dated 12.08.2021, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3615 of 2021, has been complied.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
