2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 64(1), 70(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of committing gang rape with the minor victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9447 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
