JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that coaccused, Gorakh Yadav confessed before the police that it was he, who made ransom call on the mobile of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
