2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to help the petitioners to take possession of land mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ petition as well as to dispose of his application dated 20.3.2018.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be filing a fresh application before the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.2) for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15051 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 redressal of their grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners file such application before respondent no.2 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, such application is filed, respondent no.2 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
