The accusation against the petitioner is that he put pistol on the temple of the informant and tried to fire but could not succeed in his attempt due to timely intervention of the informant and firing got missed.
No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but it is obvious from the first information report that none has sustained any injury in the alleged crime and petitioner and coaccused were caught by the informant and his supporters from his house and the informant himself snatched firearm from possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Minhaj Shah, with whom informant has some grudge, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54156 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/ concerned court in Chandradip P.S. Case no. 62/2015.
