The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 822 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471, 411, 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in changing ATM Card of innocent person for withdrawal of money through ATM.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7948 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned S.D.J.M.
